At Giacomo Giannelli Fine Art, every artwork is created and handled with the utmost care. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for artworks purchased online.
- You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your artwork if you wish to return it.
- The artwork must be returned within 21 days of delivery, in its original condition and original packaging.
- Limited Edition Prints, once numbered and signed, are non-replaceable. If returned, they must arrive undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
Condition of Returns
- Returned artworks must be packaged securely and insured by the buyer for the return shipment.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Any loss or damage in transit during the return process is the buyer’s responsibility and may reduce or void eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process
- A full refund of the artwork price will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at purchase.
- Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork in acceptable condition.
Exclusions
Refunds and returns are not available for:
- Commissioned artworks or custom-made pieces
- Artworks damaged by improper handling, storage, or display after delivery
- Artworks returned outside the stated timeframes
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled prior to printing or dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- Once production or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled, only returned under the conditions stated above.
